Our Story begins in the early 1960’s, and it is the pioneer year where one man from an ordinary family felt to start a company. The contradiction was that it was not just about earning but about helping the farmers in some way.

Yes Mr. Om Prakash Zanwar started a small company of trading where he dealt with just 5 to 10 bags of corn and sold them in the market. He knew the fact that backbone of Indian economy is Agriculture. In agriculture the major share is taken by maize. So it can be very rightfully said that “This country is about Maize’’.

Within the span of 10 years things started really moving. Even though it was a raw level set up, the farm level organizations got involved as they understood that this company is actually looking ahead to raise the standard of their living.

• 1990

  By the year 1990 this company reached from North to South of India and the raw level of set up was changed to transparency one.
  
  In the year 1990 a tiny factory structure was started by the name of Ganesh Flakes. Once again it aimed at giving high prices to farmers for the raw product.
  
  1990 the manufacturing was 10 ton per day, by the year 1998 it went to 50 ton per day and then there was no stopping.

  Godawari Udyog was established and the tiny factory set up took the courage to gear up as a large industry.
  
  There was a major paradigm shift for the company that is ‘the byproduct shifted to be the main product’.
  
  The year 2000 became the stepping stone for various new discoveries in the Corn products.

• 2004

  Godawari Udyog expanded its scope adding few more products and improvisations in the existing products.

• 2007

  Corn products were taken to the next level where various kinds of Corn Grits were introduced.
  
  We are expanding our horizons by introducing and developing new product lines and improvising in areas of up gradation and international standard quality control.

• 2009

  We have installed automated dryer for corn flakes to ensure maximum hygiene.

• 2010

  We erected a new unit to increase the growing demand of our product.

• 2012

  In the year 2011-2012 company installed fully automated Buhler Machinery from Switzerland which is a leading brand around the world for their highly sophisticated machinery.

• 2013

  The company entered in importing Seasonings, which are not easily available in the Indian market. We wish to give the best to our Customers.

• 2014

  The company also started with Golden yellow Raisins trading.
